| The European Technical Assessment (ETA) is a document providing information on the assessment of the performance of a construction product, in relation to its essential characteristics. This definition is provided in the new Construction Products Regulation (EU/305/2011) entered into force on 1st of July2013 in all European Members States and in the European Economic Area.歐洲技術(shù)評估（ETA）是一種關(guān)于建筑產(chǎn)品性能的評估文件，由2013年7月1日生效的建筑法規（CPR）規定和定義。The ETA provides a way for the manufacturer to CE-mark a product. The ETA can be issued in the following cases:ETA認證為制造商提供了一種新的張貼CE認證標識的一種方式。 The product is not or not fully covered by any harmonised technical specification such as European Assessment Documents (EADs) or European Standards (hENs)The product is covered by a European Assessment Document (EAD)ETA主要針對那些沒(méi)有被歐盟協(xié)調標準清單覆蓋或者完全覆蓋的產(chǎn)品。 The ETA is valid in all 28 European Member States and those of the European Economic Area, as well as in Switzerland. It may be recognised also in countries where a mutual recognition agreement is concluded with the European Community. The ETA is the basis for a Declaration of Performance (DoP) by the manufacturer.ETA認證在歐盟28個(gè)成員國及瑞士范圍內有效,ETA認證是制造商建立產(chǎn)品性能聲明的基礎。 The ETA creates confidence in the performance of the essential characteristics of a construction product for its intended use. ETA認證基本流程：
一、確定產(chǎn)品ETAG標準（技術(shù)評估大綱）
我司產(chǎn)品符合的指令為歐盟建筑產(chǎn)品指令(EU) 305/2011(CPR)，歐盟協(xié)調標準就是用來(lái)指導產(chǎn)品滿(mǎn)足指令基本要求的詳細技術(shù)文件。
二、確定產(chǎn)品應符合的詳細要求
產(chǎn)品滿(mǎn)足其所適用的所有協(xié)調標準的要求,才被視為符合相關(guān)的基本要求。是否適用協(xié)調標準完全是自愿的，您也可以選擇其他方式來(lái)滿(mǎn)足相應的基本要求。
三、確定產(chǎn)品是否需要公告機構參與檢驗
您的產(chǎn)品所涉及到的每一個(gè)指令都對是否需要由第三方公告機構來(lái)參與ETA的審核有詳細的規定。這些公告機構都是由歐盟委員會(huì )授權的，并在NANDO（ 新方法指令公告機構及指定機構）的檔案中有詳細的清單。
四、測試產(chǎn)品并檢驗其符合性
制造商有責任對產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行測試并且檢查其是否符合歐盟法規（符合性評估流程），風(fēng)險評估是評估流程中的基礎規則，滿(mǎn)足了歐盟相關(guān)協(xié)調標準的要求后，您才有可能滿(mǎn)足歐盟官方法規的基本要求。
五、起草并保存ETAG標準要求的技術(shù)文件
制造商必須根據產(chǎn)品所符合指令的要求及風(fēng)險評估的需要，建立產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)評估文件European Assessment Document (EAD)。如果相關(guān)授權部門(mén)要求，制造商須將技術(shù)文件及EC符合性聲明一起提交檢查。
六、在您的產(chǎn)品上加貼ETA標志并做EC符合性聲明
ETA標志必須由制造商或其授權代表加貼在產(chǎn)品上。ETA標志必須按照其標準圖樣，清楚且永久的貼在產(chǎn)品或其銘牌上。如果公告機構參與了產(chǎn)品的認證，則ETA標志必須帶有公告機構的公告號。制造商有義務(wù)起草EC符合性聲明，并在其上簽字以證明產(chǎn)品滿(mǎn)足ETA要求。經(jīng)過(guò)以上六個(gè)步驟，您的貼有ETA標志的產(chǎn)品就可以在歐洲市場(chǎng)順利流通了。
