近幾年來(lái)，節能保溫材料在建筑領(lǐng)域里的作為已經(jīng)成為建材業(yè)關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)，一般保溫材料包括礦棉、巖棉、玻璃棉、膨脹聚苯乙烯（EPS）、聚苯乙烯泡沫（XPS）、聚氨酯泡沫（PUR）、石炭酸泡沫（PF）、泡沫玻璃（CG）、木絲（WW）、發(fā)泡珍珠巖（EPB）等產(chǎn)品。

1.保溫材料CE認證強制時(shí)間
2006年3月1日起，所有在歐盟市場(chǎng)銷(xiāo)售的保溫材料都必須經(jīng)過(guò)CE認證，其產(chǎn)品加貼CE標識，才能在市場(chǎng)范圍內銷(xiāo)售。

2.保溫材料CE認證產(chǎn)品認證指令及體系
保溫材料CE認證根據歐盟建筑產(chǎn)品指令CPD: 89/106/EEC，采用體系1或體系3產(chǎn)品認證體系。歐盟為了更加嚴格的規范建筑產(chǎn)品CE認證，自2013年7月1日起，歐盟頒布的建筑產(chǎn)品法規 Construction ProductRegulation No.305/2011/EU-CPR(簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)CPR法規）將全面取代原來(lái)的建筑產(chǎn)品CE認證指令(Construction product directive89/106/EEC-CPD(簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)CPD指令)，進(jìn)入強制實(shí)施階段。
針對礦棉產(chǎn)品的CE認證，一般來(lái)說(shuō)，廠(chǎng)家需要聲明防火阻燃等級（A1級），那么需要選擇有礦棉產(chǎn)品認證資質(zhì)的歐盟公告機構應用體系1來(lái)執行認證，并必須對熱導性進(jìn)行控制。

3.保溫材料CE認證進(jìn)行如下初步測試評估：
