石膏粘合劑和石膏灰泥CE認證（歐盟強制認證）－簡(jiǎn)介
在歐盟市場(chǎng)“CE”標志屬強制性認證標志，以表明產(chǎn)品符合歐盟《技術(shù)協(xié)調與標準化新方法》指令的基本要求。這是歐盟法律對產(chǎn)品提出的一種強制性要求。
在石膏粘合劑和石膏灰泥上加貼CE標志不但可以證明其產(chǎn)品符合建筑產(chǎn)品指令（CPR 305/2011/EU）及其相關(guān)標準（歐洲協(xié)調標準EN 13279-1）規定的安全，環(huán)保，衛生和消費者保護。而且可以合理規避貿易技術(shù)壁壘，在歐洲市場(chǎng)自由銷(xiāo)售并打開(kāi)其他國際市場(chǎng)。
從2013年7月1日年開(kāi)始，所有進(jìn)入歐盟市場(chǎng)的石膏灰泥需要符合新的歐盟建
筑產(chǎn)品法規CPR 305/2011/EU，通過(guò)測試，獲得認證，并加貼CE標志。
注：歐盟建筑法規CPR（Construction Product Regulation） 305/2011/EU 全面取代歐盟建筑產(chǎn)品指令CPD(Construction Product Directive) 106/89/EEC, 并且從2013年7月1日起強制執行
石膏粘合劑和石膏灰泥CE認證 – EN 13279-1－需要符合的產(chǎn)品指令和協(xié)調標準

石膏粘合劑和石膏灰泥CE認證 – EN 13279-1－涉及的產(chǎn)品范圍：
此歐洲標準規定了建筑用基于石膏粘合劑的粉狀產(chǎn)品性能和特征。這包括混和石膏建筑抹灰墻和天花板建筑物內，它們被應用于建筑裝飾材料。這些產(chǎn)品的添加劑/摻合料，骨料和其他的粘合劑，都滿(mǎn)足其使用要求。
Scope：This European Standard specifies the characteristics and performance of powder products based on gypsum binder for building purposes. This includes premixed gypsum building plasters for plastering of walls and ceilings inside buildings where they are applied as a finishing material which can be decorated. These products are specially formulated to meet their application requirements by the use of additives/admixtures, aggregates and other binders. Gypsum and gypsum based building plasters for manual and mechanical applications are included.
石膏粘合劑和石膏灰泥CE認證 – EN 13279-1－認證流程：
1、確定需要認證的產(chǎn)品類(lèi)型，提交申請
2、確定歐洲產(chǎn)品指令，石膏粘合劑和石膏灰泥需符合新的歐盟建筑產(chǎn)品法規CPR 305/2011/EU
3、確定歐洲協(xié)調標準，石膏粘合劑和石膏灰泥需符合協(xié)調標準EN 13279-1
4、根據CPR指令和協(xié)調標準EN 13279-1進(jìn)行測試評估，客戶(hù)送樣，歐盟公告認證機構根據認證體系3進(jìn)行測試認證
5、獲得由歐盟公告機構辦法的測試報告和證書(shū)
6、發(fā)放產(chǎn)品性能聲明(Declaration of Performance)
7、在產(chǎn)品包裝上加貼帶公告機構編碼的CE標志
8、在歐洲市場(chǎng)自由銷(xiāo)售

⊕ 防火性能Reaction to fire：
根據EN13501-1進(jìn)行測定評估，防火等級為A, B, C,D, E,F; 最低要求E級，
（產(chǎn)品用于防火用途，根據認證體系3進(jìn)行測試認證，需要由歐盟公告機構進(jìn)行）
或者根據EN 13501-2進(jìn)行耐火極限測試。
