EN15651-4標準適用范圍
This EN15651-4 European Standard specifies definitions and requirements for cold applied non-structural elastic sealants used for movement joints in floors in building construction for interior and exterior use.

This document is one of the product European Standards within the framework series of EN 15651 on sealants for non-structural use in joints in buildings and pedestrian walkways, as follow:

-Part 4: Sealants for pedestrian walkways,
-Part 5: Assessment and verification of constancy of performance, marking and labeling.

EN 15651-4密封膠CE認證流程

1、確定需要認證的產品類型，提交申請
2、確定歐洲建筑產品法規，建筑用密封膠需符合新的歐盟建筑產品法規CRP 305/2011/EU
3、確定歐洲協調標準，建筑行人區用密封膠需符合協調標準EN 15651-4
4、根據CPR法規和協調標準EN 15651-4進行測試評估，歐盟公告機構根據認證體系1或者體系3進行（根據是否使用阻燃劑及防火等級的要求）
5、獲得由歐盟公告機構頒發的測試報告和證書 (如果根據體系1認證需工廠審查)
6、產品DoP文件
7、在產品包裝上加貼帶歐盟公告機構編碼的CE標志
8、在歐洲市場自由銷售

EN 15651-4密封膠CE認證性能要求

防火性能Reaction to fire：
根據EN13501-1進行測定評估，防火等級為A1, A2, B, C, D, E, F，
（產品用于防火用途，如果產品使用阻燃劑以提高產品性能，需要根據體系1進行認證，否則根據認證體系3由公告機構進行測試認證）

其他性能指標要求

EN 15651-4 Clause 4.3.1: Resistance to flow 抗流動，根據EN ISO 7390進行測定
EN 15651-4 Clause 4.3.1: Loss of Volume 體積損失，根據EN ISO 10563進行測定
EN 15651-4 Clause 4.3.1: Tensile Properties 拉伸性能，根據EN ISO 10591進行測定
EN 15651-4 Clause 4.3.2: Tensile properties 拉伸性能，根據EN ISO 8339進行測定
