EN15651-4標準適用范圍
This EN15651-4 European Standard specifies definitions and requirements for cold applied non-structural elastic sealants used for movement joints in floors in building construction for interior and exterior use.
EN15651-4標準規定了室內及室外建筑地板活動(dòng)接縫用冷用非結構彈性密封膠的定義和要求。

This document is one of the product European Standards within the framework series of EN 15651 on sealants for non-structural use in joints in buildings and pedestrian walkways, as follow:

EN 15651-4密封膠CE認證流程

1、確定需要認證的產(chǎn)品類(lèi)型，提交申請
2、確定歐洲建筑產(chǎn)品法規，建筑用密封膠需符合新的歐盟建筑產(chǎn)品法規CRP 305/2011/EU
3、確定歐洲協(xié)調標準，建筑行人區用密封膠需符合協(xié)調標準EN 15651-4
4、根據CPR法規和協(xié)調標準EN 15651-4進(jìn)行測試評估，歐盟公告機構根據認證體系1或者體系3進(jìn)行（根據是否使用阻燃劑及防火等級的要求）
5、獲得由歐盟公告機構頒發(fā)的測試報告和證書(shū) (如果根據體系1認證需工廠(chǎng)審查)
6、產(chǎn)品DoP文件
7、在產(chǎn)品包裝上加貼帶歐盟公告機構編碼的CE標志
8、在歐洲市場(chǎng)自由銷(xiāo)售

EN 15651-4密封膠CE認證性能要求

防火性能Reaction to fire：
根據EN13501-1進(jìn)行測定評估，防火等級為A1, A2, B, C, D, E, F，
（產(chǎn)品用于防火用途，如果產(chǎn)品使用阻燃劑以提高產(chǎn)品性能，需要根據體系1進(jìn)行認證，否則根據認證體系3由公告機構進(jìn)行測試認證）

EN 15651-4 Clause 4.3.1: Resistance to flow 抗流動(dòng)，根據EN ISO 7390進(jìn)行測定
EN 15651-4 Clause 4.3.1: Loss of Volume 體積損失，根據EN ISO 10563進(jìn)行測定
EN 15651-4 Clause 4.3.1: Tensile Properties 拉伸性能，根據EN ISO 10591進(jìn)行測定
EN 15651-4 Clause 4.3.2: Tensile properties 拉伸性能，根據EN ISO 8339進(jìn)行測定
